Today, i am showing you, How to make, Vermicelli pulav.. Let’s start Here, I took, 1 chopped tomato, 1/2 chopped capsicum and 1 green chilli I took one pan, heating ghee in it.. Add cumin seeds or zeera in 4 teaspoon ghee Add 1 pinch hing and 1/4 teaspoon haldi in it.. Add vermicelli in it, that is approx 50 grms. in quantity… Here, i am using thin shaped vermicelli, You can take as you like I am roasting it for only 2 minutes, until golden brown.. It’s turned into golden brown colour in only 2 minutes.. Now adding chopped vegetables in it, that is tomato, capsicum and green chillies I am making it for 2 family members.. You can take it’s quantity according to you.. We have to fry vegetables also for only 2 minutes only.. Only for 2 minutes, cover it with lid and cook.. Ater 2 minutes, vegetables are softer.. Add spices in it.. Pink salt I used pink salt in all my recipes as its good for health.. 1/4 teaspoon pink salt..1/4 teaspoon garam masala.. 1/4 teaspoon Pav bhaji masala You can skip Pav bhaji masala, if you don’t want to take it.. I am preparing less spicy here, so i used only green chilli in it not red chilli powder.. As we took 50 grms. of vermicelli in quantity.. So here i am using 250 ml. of water in quantity.. Cover it with lid for 5 minutes and let it cook Ater 5 minutes, it’s half cooked now. Let it cook for 2 minutes more.. It’s totally ready now.. We cooked total for 7 minutes.. Transfer it in a bowl, it looks delicious It’s non- sticky Garnished some cheese on it..
