How to Prepare Veg Manchurian Dry Recipe at Home This is one of the most loved street food recipe. The ingredients required for this recipe are mentioned here Here we are using cabbage, coriander leaves, green chillies, ginger, garlic, capsicum, carrot and onion cornflour, ginger garlic paste, coriander powder, red chilly powder and salt to taste tomato sauce, roughly grounded ginger garlic, black pepper powder Soya sauce First of all, take a bowl and add chopped cabbage to it. Now sprinkle coriander leaves on it. Add 2 tbsp of ginger garlic paste. Now add the freshly grounded ginger and garlic. Add salt, red chilli powder and coriander powder. Now add 1 cup of cornflour powder to the ingredients. Add 1 tbsp of soya sauce and add little quantity of water. Now mix all the ingredients well and form the base of the manchurian. This is how the veg manchurian batter will look like. Now heat oil in a vessel. Make round balls with the manchurian batter as shown. Deep fry the manchurian balls till it turns golden brown. Flip one side and cook the other side as well. Now drain the excess oil and remove the contents on a tissue paper. This is how the crispy manchurian balls will look like. Take a pan and add 1 tbsp of oil to it. Add chopped green chillies, garlic, ginger and onion and stir the ingredients. Now add salt, chilli powder and coriander powder and mix all the ingredients. Add chopped cabbage, carrot, capsicum and mix the vegetables along with other ingredients. Cook the vegetables for sometime. Meanwhile let’s prepare the sauce for the veg manchurian. First add water to the tomato sauce and stir well. Similarly, add water to 1 tbsp of cornflour powder and mix well. Add the tomato sauce mix to the cornflour mix and stir well. Add a pinch of salt and red chilli powder to the mix. Add 1 tsp of soya sauce to the mix and stir. The sauce is now ready to use. The vegetables are half cooked, now add the fried manchurian balls to it. Mix all the ingredients well. Now add the prepared sauce to it and mix well. Cook on a low flame for about 5 -10 minutes Remove the lid and stir the ingredients again. Add freshly chopped coriander leaves and black pepper powder to the ingredients. Mix well and cook for another 2 minutes on low flame. Thats it!! Your tasty and delicious veg manchurian dry is now ready! Remove the contents to a plate and garnish it with cabbage, coriander leaves, carrots and onion slices. You can have this delicious recipe as a starter or also as a side dish.
