Welcome to my cooking show Nalini Ki Rasoi Today I am going to prepare Tomato
Rice in pressure cooker Please dont forget to press the

required to make Tomato Rice 300 grams of Basmati Rice 3 tomatoes cut in half 2 finely chopped onions 1.5 teaspoons of ginger garlic paste 15-20 cashew nuts 3 kashmiri red chillies 100 grams of cottage cheese cut into cubes Hot spices :- 4 black peppers, 3 cloves,
2 cinnamon sticks and 3 bay leaves, 1 teaspoon of cumin seeds 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder 1 teaspoon of powdered hot spices 1.5 teaspoon of kashmiri chilli powder Salt as per taste Water Oil To start with put tomatoes and
water in a pan on medium flame. Cover the pan for some time so
that tomatoes become soft Once the tomatoes become soft put off the flame
and let it cool down and then grind them Once the puree is ready after grinding tomatoes Put some oil, cumin seeds, hot spices
in a cooker and saute for 1 – 2 mins Add onions and again saute for some time Add ginger garlic paste and again
saute for another 2 minutes so that the rawness of ginger and garlic goes away Add cashew nuts and kashmiri red chillies
and saute for another 1-2 minutes Next add rice (which has been soaked
in water for half hour) and mix well Next add turmeric, garam masala powder,
kashmiri red chilli powder and mix well Next add tomato puree and water
(1 bowl water=1 bowl water) Add salt as per taste and and cottage cheese cubes Next close the cooker lid and let the rice cook on
high flame untill the cooker whistles 2 times After 2 whistles put of the flame and let the cooker
