This stuffed french toast recipe is one of my favorite brunch treats and at only seven grams of fat it’s an ideal target for alli users because you’ll want to stick to about 15 grams of fat per meal when using the product. Alright, let’s get started. Now cream cheese is definitely one of those items that you worry about eating when you’re on a diet but a little of the fat free variety is totally okay in moderation. And hey! alli actually blocks about 25% of the fat that you eat. Sometimes I sneak a little vanilla or cinnamon in here depending on the type of preserves I used that day Have a little fun experimenting with the flavors! A little nonstick cooking spray helps cut back on the fat too – then it’s nice and easy with the heat. When you get that nice even coating on the french toast you just know it’s going to turn out beautifully. Really flavorful.
