Rice cutlet recipe we will make with leftover rice from last night, these are very soft and tasty These are all the ingredients we need for rice cutlet recipe For rice cutlet recipe firstly add 1 cup leftover boiled rice from last night in a grinding jar and grind it These are well mashed after grinding them Add them in to a mixing bowl Grate two boiled potatoes in this to avoid lumps formation Crush and add quarter spoon of celery seeds Add about two spoons cornflour one onion finely chopped Finely chopped 2 spoons green beans which are optional One chopped tomato One chopped green chili 1/3rd spoon garam masala Quarter spoon of turmeric powder Half spoon or as per taste salt Add half spoon of red chili powder and mix everything well together Add one spoon cooking oil so it could get less sticky and become a little more manageable Now we will make cutlets of this mixture, for which apply some cooking oil on your hands Take some mixture of about size of a lemon and make round cutlets this way We are making these rice cutlets in most easy round shape, you can make these in any shape of your own choice Rice cutlets are ready to fry We will cook these rice cutlets using less oil, for which brush some oil on a hot flat pan Place and fry the rice cutlets We will shallow fry them, but you can always deep fry using more oil if you prefer Brush some refined oil on top as well Flip and fry from both sides After flipping and frying from both sides for about five minutes, when they appear a bit crispy, these rice cutlets are ready to serve Take them out on a absorbing paper so that all the extra oil could be absorbed Garnish with finely chopped tomatoes and coriander leaves, serve with tomato ketchup and hot chai If you have leftover boiled rice from last night, make these tasty rice cutlets as everybody loves them If you liked my video please press the like button below And do subscribe to my channel Do press the bell icon too so you don’t miss any of my new videos Thank you
