of everyday special you are going to see a web exclusive recipe of Super, Easy and Healthy
Masala Sev Tomato, in this recipe you will need very few Ingredients and all the ingredients
are easily available anywhere so let’s start making very special Gujarati Snack Masala
Sev Tomatoes. For this you will need 250 gm Tomatoes, 50
gm Besan Sev, Red Chili Powder, 1 tsp Coriander and Cumin Seeds Powder, Salt and some Fresh
Coriander Leaves. first a fall chop the Tomatoes, I am chopping
length wise but you can chop as you wish, here I am using two kinds of tomatoes one
is Regular and another is Desi or Non Habit Tomato so it can easy for you to get enough
Acidity level, see this is regular tomato which is little Sweet and Low in acidity,
see this is Desi or Non Habit Tomato which is very High in Acidity, put Tomatoes in a
big mixing bowl. Now chop the Coriander Leaves, don’t chop it too much fine, sprinkle it on
chopped tomatoes, that’s it chopping is done. Now it’s time to add the Spices Red Chili
Powder, Coriander and Cumin Seeds Powder, Salt and the Sev, save little for Garnishing,
mix it very nicely, this is it. Now it’s time to serve my very special recipe
of Masala Sev Tomatoes, this is very good dish as compared to other Snacks, finally
Garnish it with the remaining Sev, so this is it my Super, Easy, Healthy and Delicious
