Welcome to my cooking show “Nalini Ki Rasoi” Today I’m going to make Poha Aaloo Pakoda Please dont forget to press the

my upcoming and new recipes Lets see the ingredients required to
make Poha Aaloo Pakoda 1 bowl flattened rice 5 medium sized boiled potatoes 1 bowl coriander leaves 3 green chillies finely chopped 15 curry leaves finely chopped 1/2 teaspoon celery seeds 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder 1 teaspoon cumin seeds powder 1 teaspoon red chilli powder 1 teaspoon chaat masala powder Salt as per taste Water And oil To start with soak the flattened rice in
luke warm water for 1 minute Strain the flattened rice and seperate it from water and
also wash with room temperature water Next mash the potatoes in one plate Take flattened rice in one bowl And mash the flattened rice Add mashed potatoes and mix the potatoes
well with the flattened rice Add salt as per taste, 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
powder, black pepper powder, red chilli powder, Green chillies, celery seeds powder, curry leaves
for flavoring, coriander leaves and mix well Once all masalas are mixed well start
making round balls (pakodas) Any shape pakodas can be made After making balls of the dough
start frying process Fry till the Pakoras become golden brown Once golden brown remove the Pakoras from the pan And put them on a plate covered
with kitchen towel Similarly fry the remaining pakoras Once all pakoras are fried sprinkle
