Calcium 4% Iron 5% Spinach/Palak 1-cup Oil 2-tsp Eggs -2 Salt 1/4 TSP Cilantro/ Corriender 1/2- cup Onions 1/2 cup spring onions -1/2 cup ( optional) Chill powder/ paprika 1/2 tsp Bell Peppers 1/4 cup Flaxseed Powder 1/2 Tsp Add 2 Tsp of oil to the hot pan Spread the oil throughout the pan Break the eggs and beat them firmly Add Bell Peppers to the hot oil Fry them till they become soft continue beating the egg Add Onions to the beaten egg Add a pinch of salt Add 1/2 Tsp Chill Powder and beat the mixture well Stir the peppers occasionally so that they are not burnt Add Spinach Add a pinch of salt to the spinach Fry it till the smell goes off Add Flaxseed powder which is rich in protein, Good for weight loss Stir it well Add the Egg mixture to the pan Spread the egg mixture evenly in the pan Add Spring onions which are optional Close the lid and wait for a min so that it cooks well Flip it over and Fry both the sides Move it to the plate Its time to Garnish.
