Hallo everyone, in this video, I’m going to show you how to make meringue trifle with really delicious vanilla mascarpone cream In addition, I will show you how to make foolproof meringue recipe as well And you can make this beautiful desserts with simple ingredients at home by yourself So, let’s get started! First, mix castor sugar and corn flour. Use super-fine quality of castor sugar Mix well both ingredients In a mixing bowl, add egg whites Clean the bowl from any grease by wiping it with an acid, such as vinegar or lemon juice before using it In the beginning, set the stand mixer at low speed Beat the egg whites until foamy Add sugar mixtures little by little After that, increase the speed to medium level And whisk it until stiff peak level If your meringue stands up straight like this, so it has reached stiff peak level You should feel the meringue as well to know if the sugar has dissolved or not. If you still can feel the sugar between your fingers, so you should whisk it more longer Prepare a piping bag with a nozzle. I am using Wilton #1B Put the piping bag in a glass and fill it with meringue Prepare a pan which has lined with a parchment paper. And draw the circles on it. Put the side that you drew on facing down Glue every edge of the paper with a bit meringue Bake the meringue in the pre-heated oven at 80 degrees Celcius for 120 minutes It’s ready if you can take it off easily from the parchment paper The meringue will be crispy on the outside and soft on the inside After that, we make the vanilla mascarpone cream Mix the ingredients using a handmixer until all is well incorporated Mix it well one more time until the mixtures change to the creamy form But do not over beat I’m going to trim my meringue, so it’ll will fit in the glass that I will use. You can skip this process if it’s not necessary It’s time to assemble the trifle. First put the mascarpone cream as a first layer Add meringue on the top of it Next, add strawberry jam or any berries jam Then, put the sliced strawberry in the edge of the glass Fill it again with mascarpone cream I add the meringue’s crumbles on the cream. But, you can use the whole meringue as well Last, I add fresh strawberries and raspberries on the top Sprinkle it with confectioners’ sugar.
