cooking show Parul Ka Zaika Today I’m going to make a popular
snack recipe called Mutter Kachori Please don’t forget to press the

of all my upcoming and new recipes Let’s see the ingredients required
to make Matar Kachori Following ingredients are required for stuffing:-
250 grams of fresh peas 3 green chillies Pieces of 2 inch ginger 1 teaspoon of cumin seeds 1 teaspoon of asafoetida 1 teaspoon of coriander-cumin powder 1 teaspoon of dry mango powder 1 teaspoon of red chilli powder 1 teaspoon of powdered hot spices 1 teaspoon of sugar 1 bowl of green coriander And 1 teaspoon of salt For dough preparation following ingreidents are required:-
200 grams of refined wheat flour 1 tablespoon of semolina 1 teaspoon of salt 1 tablespoon of clarified butter Oil And water To start with put in a bowl refined wheat flour,
semolina, salt and clarified butter and mix well Add little water in intervals
and prepare a soft dough Cover it and keep it for 15 minutes In a mixer jar put peas, green chillies
and ginger and half grind it In case of a small mixer jar grind
the peas similarly in parts Next in a pan put 2 spoons of oil, cumin seeds, asafoetida
and grounded mixture and cook it for 2 minutes Add salt, red chilli powder, coriander-cumin
powder, powdered hot spices, Dry mango powder, sugar and green coriander
and mix well and cook untill it dries Once the stuffing is ready, let it cool
down start making kachori Take little prepared dough in your hands And give it a shape like a bowl Put stuffing in it And cover and close the dough
well from all the corners And roll it slightly Prepare rest of the kachoris the same way Once stuffed kachoris are
ready start frying process Fry on medium flame untill
it turns golden brown Once kachori starts floating on top of the oil, press it
from all the corners so that inflates well To fry 1 kachori it will take at least 5 to 6 minutes Remove the kachori from the oil once golden brown Similarly prepare all the kachoris Matar Kachoris are ready to serve If you have liked this recipe Then please don’t forget to press the
