today we are going to make veg masala oats Indian style ingredients & quantities are listed in the description box here they are oil oats water – which always is twice the measure of oats chopped onion chopped tomato chopped carrot corn green peas chopped bell pepper chopped cilantro garam masala salt red chilli powder turmeric powder heat oil on medium heat then add the chopped onions & saute till light pink stir continuously then add the tomatoes and stir cook till soft when soft add the carrot, bell pepper, corn & green peas reduce heat to low and mix well. we will cook the veggies till half cooked retaining their crunch once mixed cover with a lid and let them cook. this should take about 5 minutes. at regular intervals stir the veggies & cover again after 5 minutes the veggies are done add all the spices & salt and mix nicely add the oats and mix again add the cilantro and mix again once mixed add the water. give a nice stir heat is on low once mixed cover with a lid and cook till oats are soft & done. this should take about 5-6 minutes in between lift the lid, check & stir the oats a couple of times and let it cook covered with the lid on after about 6 minutes the oats are cooked and the extra water too has dried our dish is ready. we will transfer it to a bowl and garnish with a little cilantro here is our dish of the day veg masala oats. do try and give your feedback this veg masala oats is a very healthy dish which you can have for breakfast or a quick lunch/dinner if you like the recipe please share our video & subscribe to our channel and also press the bell icon to remain informed about all our uploads thanks for watching
