So , today I bring to you a famous dessert recipe i.e Kesar Phirni. You can make this for your Karwachauth dinner or for “Sargi” This is very delicious. So , let’s see the list of ingredients. You can check these details in the description box as well First of all, we will grind the soaked rice in a grinder. Grind it coarse, do not make a smooth paste. Now heat milk in a non-stick pan. We are using Full Cream Milk Keep the flame on medium and stir occasionally When milk is heated well, add grinded rice Mix it well and allow it to cook on medium flame Keep stirring in between so that milk do not stick to the pan When milk thickens, add Condensed Milk If you don’t have condensed milk , you can use sugar Mix it well Now add milk soaked Saffron Add Cardamom Powder Keep stirring continuously on low to medium flame until it turns thick and creamy So , our Phirni is ready Let’s serve Garnish with dry fruits and Saffron Refrigerate for 1-1.5 hrs and enjoy Chilled Kesar Phirni So let me know how you like this KarwaChauth special recipe I will wait for your comments If you like this video, do give it a Thumbs Up Please Subscribe to my channel See you all in the next video Thank you so much for watching!
