Hello friends, This is Manali. You’re on the blog Menue7. This is my first video. I just hope you like it. Today I’ll teach you how to make Oil-Free Spicy Okra. So lets start to make Oil Free masala bhindi. We will need Okra, Red Chilli Powder, Coriander Powder, Dry Mango Powder, Garam Masala, Salt and Lemon Juice. We will start by cutting up the Okra (ladies’ finger/bhindi) We can take a piece of okra. You should prefer to cut off the tips Then you give it a slit in the middle. Without cutting it half accross its length. Now, just like this. Keep it a bit long like 1 inch and cut each okra into 3 pieces. Now we have cut it like this. See the way i’ve cut it a bit long here. And not really small. Now we can start making its filling. For that You have to take a bowl and mix all the spices. First off all red chilli powder, About 1.5 spoons. 2 spoons of coriander powder. Dry Mango powder. This is a bit tangy so since we have lemon juice also, just a little bit of this. Just 1/4 spoons. Garam masala, just for the fragrance. Salt to taste. Then mix all the spices dry first. Since this is oil-free and healthy. Use lemon juice to fill this. It is really important to use lemon juice. So now the masala (spice mix) is ready. We have added 1.5 tablespoon of lemon. If it feels too spicy, add some more lemon juice. Now you take the okra which were cut, and fill it in like this. Open it up and, fill it up just like this. So you have it here friends, our oil-free masala bhindi is ready. You can have it with fulka roti (flat indian bread) instantly, anytime anywhere.
