Hey Cookaholics, Chef Kendra here and today
we’re making mashed Sweet potatoes. We’re going to prick a couple of large, clean,
sweet potatoes with a folk and cook them in the microwave under the baked potato setting
until they are done. While the potatoes are still hot we’re going
to cut them open and add them to our big bowl. Hey guys, the link to this recipe is in the

sugar goes in, a little salt, some vanilla and finally the milk. We’re going to give them a stir to get everything
going, and then move to a pastry cutter, I like using a pastry cutter more than a potato
masher because I like the grip. For an extra smooth texture us electric hand mixture. That’s
