I’m going to show you quick and easy everyday Chinese dishes. For stir fry beef Chinese
style first we need 8 ounces or half a pound of flank steak. We need 1 chunk of ginger,
and 3 bunches of green onions. If you like ginger and green onions you can increase the
amount and we need 2 cloves of garlic and 1 shallot. Remember to pick the fresh ones.
Then we would chop the onions first, chop off the roots, cut the green onions into 2
inches in length. Then put the green onions aside.
