I’m going to show you quick and easy everyday Chinese dishes. To peel the restaurant we
need a vegetable peeler. Hold the potato at one end and we would peel of the skin from
the top to the bottom and make sure your get rid of the skin from the top and the bottom.
Then we would cut off the potato to 3 different chunks. We would slice them into some kind
of potato chips. After this procedure we would further cut
the potato chips into finely stripped sort of like fancy version of French fries. But
even finer. That is the potatoes strips that we are looking
for. Submerge them in cold water so you will lose the starch sticking to the surface of
the surface of the potato strips.
