Hey munchers! Welcome if you’re new. I’m
Alyssia and I love Starbucks. One of my favorite things about the fall season through
the holidays are those delicious drinks. It is unfortunate that they are so laden
with sugar. So today I’m going to share some healthier remakes of a few of my
favorite fall drinks and they are all easily vegan. For all of these recipes we
will be using my homemade cinnamon dolce syrup. For my syrup recipe you will
need water, coconut sugar, erythritol or any sweetener you prefer, cinnamon sticks,
and ground cinnamon. Add all of your ingredients to a pot, mix, and bring to a
boil. Then allow to simmer for about 15 minutes until reduced by about half. It should be nice and syrupy. Whisk it on
up and remove from the heat and allow to cool. Now in the PDF in the description
with the recipes I have given some suggested measurements but if you think
it’s too sweet or not sweet enough go ahead and adjust the amount of sugar and
sweetener to suit your preference and that is the beauty of these recipes. Once cool you can store your syrup in
a bottle or jar. Seal it on up and refrigerate for later. This syrup will last a few
weeks in the fridge and it is delicious on literally anything but today of
course we are making some beverages. The first of which is a remake of the
cinnamon dolce latte. In a saucepan over medium heat pour in your milk of choice. Be sure to use non-dairy like soy or
a nut milk for vegan, strong brewed coffee, and your cinnamon dolce syrup. Bring to a
boil and whisk to combine. Now simply pour and enjoy. Feel free to top it off
with some whipped cream or coconut whipped cream to keep it vegan and a
dusting of cinnamon. It tastes like the real deal but the
beauty is I am in control of the sugar. Both how much goes into that syrup and how
much syrup goes into that drink. Now if you’re not into a hot latte or maybe
it’s still a tad warm where you are in the world how about we turn that latte
into a cinnamon dolce frappuccino. It is so easy. In your blender simply add a cup
of ice and your latte mixture. Blend it on up. Transfer to a cup and top it off with
some whipped cream and cinnamon. Looks legit, am I right? The last beverage we’re going
to do today is for my anti-coffee peeps and that is a remake of the caramel
apple spice drink. In a saucepan over medium heat simply pour in 100%
apple juice and your cinnamon dolce syrup. Bring your mixture to a
light boil and then all that’s left to do is pour and enjoy. Add whipped cream and some delicious date syrup as
your caramel. This tastes like Fall-in-a-cup. Seriously. What are your
favorite holiday Starbucks drinks? Let me know in the comments below and if you’d

Starbucks remakes give this video a thumbs up. All of the recipes from today
