Wheat Flour noodles recipe is available in our channel. Apply oil in the Idiyappam Maker Once the Idli maker is hot enough , prepare the noodles. Wait until the first layer is cooked well . If you prepare the next layer above it then the noodles will stick with one another. If the ragi is cooked then the color will change dark Another way is to use wet hands and check , it will not stick to your hands. The noodles is been cooked in the steam and ready !! Allow it to cool down. Tomato Sauce Soya Sauce You can also use Red chilli Sauce. I am using Black Pepper powder and cumin seeds powder. You can adjust the amount of pepper powder according to your taste. Heat 3 tsp of oil in a kadai. Season it with Urad Dal &Cumin Seeds If you are using Ginger Garlic paste add it at this point and saute them well until the raw smell completely goes off.
