Hilsa stew / Ilish Maa6er stew 3 pieces of Hilsa fish (golden fried with salt & turmeric powder) 3 pointed gourd pieces 1 medium ridge gourd pieces 1 medium potato pieces 2 green chilies ½ tsp turmeric powder 1 tsp salt 1 dry red chili ¼ tsp fenugreek seeds 1 tsp dry roasted mustard powder 1 mini pouch of butter 2 tbsp milk, ½ tsp white refined flour mixture Heat white oil (I used here remaining oil after frying fish pieces) add 1 dry red chili fenugreek seeds dry roasted mustard powder Add all veggies (except green chilies) Fry well After frying, cover on simmer flame for 10-15 minutes If veggies are soft, add spice mixture (salt, turmeric powder and little water) Add fish pieces Add amount of water. Keep flame on less medium. Cover again. If veggies are boiled completely, add flour- milk mixture Mix well add 2 green chilies (broken) add little butter on the top Off the flame Serve it with steamed rice / roti / bread. please like / share / comment & subscribe my channel.
