Today let’s see how to make egg noodles This is my favorite recipe because it’s quite simple and very easy to make So first I am going to cook my noodles We need to cook according to the instructions it says boil for only 2 -3 minutes. So i am going to follow this. Once the water has come to a nice boil add the noodles and let it cook for 2 to 3 minutes Now you can see our noodles are nice and soft let’s drain the excess water Now to this I am going to add some oil to prevent the noodles from sticking to one another. keep it aside and now let’s scramble the eggs Heat some oil in a pan Once oil is nice and hot let’s add the eggs (3 eggs) Season with some salt and pepper and scramble the eggs Once the eggs are well done let’s take it out from the pan Next in the same pan I’m going to saute the vegetables so for that heat some oil Once the oil is nice and hot I am going to add 1 tablespoon of chopped ginger 1 tablespoon of garlic and next I am going to add 1/2 thinly sliced onion Once the onions are nice and translucent I am going to add the veggies. 1 thinly sliced carrot , some cabbage and 1/2 bellpepper mix it nicely . Do not overcook the vegetables, we need to maintain some texture of the veggies. next I’m going to add all our sauces 1 tablespoon of chili sauce tablespoon of tomato sauce 1 tablespoon of soy sauce and 1 tablespoon of vinegar Mix it nicely with the veggies. now after mixing, I am going to add the noodles Our scrambled eggs Mix everything nicely until well combined And finally I am going to add required Salt some pepper and some spring onions you can also add ajinomoto to get that nice Chinese taste That’s it a delicious egg noodles is ready to be served.
