We need 250 gms of thin slice boneless chicken For marination add salt Black pepper powder Lemon juice Mix well and keep it for 20 min For deep frying Add ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp Cornflour 1 tbsp All purpose flour Mix it well with all ingredients Keep it another 10 min Heat oil in wok and fry the coated chicken slices Do not put many chicken pieces together Add one by one piece Fry till golden brown Remove from oil Fry all chicken pieces on same way In the same oil fry some dry rost peanuts Fry the peanuts till light golden brown Remove peanuts from oil Fry some cashew nut in same oil till light brown Fry till light golden brown color Remove cashew nut from oil Heat 2 tbsp oil in a fry pan Add finly chopped garlic Add chopped ginger Fry for 1 min on high flame Add white part of spring onion Add sliced tometo Fry it for few seconds Add dry red chili Add fried peanut Add fried cashew nut Fry again for few minutes Add black pepper powder Add salt to taste Mix it well Add soya sauce 2 tsp soaked deseeded dry red chili paste 1 tbsp tometo ketchup 1/2 tsp viniger Add little bit red chill powder,its totally optional Give a good mix Add 1/4 cup of water Add chopped green spring onion When sauce became dry add fried chicken pieces Mix it well untill gravy dry up Remove from hit and serve hot Garnish with spring onion and fried cashew nut
