Today, i am going to show you, How to make Chole masala but in different style.. Let’s start I took, Overnight soaked Chickpeas here.. 100 grms. Chickpeas In spices, i took, 1 teaspoon: Pink salt, 1/4 teaspoon: Red chilli powder, 1 pinch: Hing, 1/2 teaspoon: Zeera, 1/2 teaspoon: Saunf 1/2 teaspoon: Haldi powder, 1/2 teaspoon: Garam masala, 1/2 teaspoon: Dhania powder I took here, Dried Red chillies for tadka, it’s completely optional.. Tomato puree( 2 Big sized tomato and 2 green chillies).. Water, for boiling Chickpeas.. Let’s see the further process.. Pour 500 ml. of water in 100 grms. of Chickpeas.. I measured it.. Add, Haldi powder and Salt here.. Do some salt left with you for tomato puree.. After adding only 2 spices, close the lid of the cooker until 8 wishtle comes.. After came 8 wishtle on slow gas, i opened it.. Please check, if the chickpeas cooked or not?.. Our Chickpeas are fully cooked now.. Take one pan and pour 2 teaspoon ghee in it.. You can use Ghee or Oil.. After melting ghee, we add Cumin seeds and Hing here.. I am adding Cumin seeds and hing here.. Now we will add tomato puree here… Now adding all spices here.. Fennel seeds, Garam masala, coriander powder, Red chilli powder, salt All spices are added here, After mixing it well, we will cook it for 5 minutes.. Cover it with Lid.. After 5 minutes, add chickpeas here… Cover it with lid and let it cook for 10 minutes.. Our Chickpeas are ready now.. Looking good , nice colour Put tadka of red chillies, it’s optional..
