Slit length wise Chopped Capsicum curry Leaves & Coriander Leaves Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 tsp Tomato Ketchup – 3 tsp Soya Sauce – 1 tsp Corn Flour – 2 tsp for coating paneer Chilli powder – 1/2 tsp Coriander Powder – 1/2 tsp Garam Masala – 1/4 tsp Add little salt Add little chilli powder Add little water and mix it into a thick paste Heat 2 tsp of oil in a kadai Coat the paneer cubes with the mixture and add it to the kadai Make sure that the paneer is fried on all sides . If you like egg , then add a egg along with this mixture and coat paneer with this mixture . In the same oil , add jeera for seasoning Add the finely chopped ginger and garlic Along with it add green chilli Add ginger garlic paste ,. If you do not like to add chopped ginger and garlic then add little more ginger garlic paste Add onion and saute them well until they turn brown Add the spice powders , and saute them well until the raw smell goes off Add the tomatoes and capsicum now Now add soya sauce and tomato ketchup Add salt to taste Mix little water to the corn flour and add it Cook it in the low flame for 2 mins After 2 min add the roasted paneer cubes Chilli Paneer Recipe is ready !!!
