Hello and welcome to My Kitchen My Dish Today I am Going to make Chicken Shwarma first we prepare the home made Pita Bread take 250gms of all purpose flour (maida) add 1/4 tsp of baking soda half teaspoon baking powder salt to taste 1 tsp of sugar mix the flour properly add 1 tbsp of oil n mix it add 1 tbsp of curd mix it properly add 1 cup of lukewarm water pour the water slowly slowly mix it for atleast 7-8 minutes our flour is ready now we wil make the bread for shwarma now cover this flour and keep it for 2 hours aside we have taken 1 cup of lukewarm water but u can see half cup of water is still remaining lets make the shwarma filling now take boneless chicken chopped in thin strips chop some cabbage take red, yellow and green bell pepper cut the bell pepper in long thin stripes remove the seeds after cutting capsicum cut other bell peppers same way as capsicum put the chicken in other bowl add curd in chicken 1 tsp of ginger paste 1 tsp of garlic paste 1 tsp of red chilly powder 1 tsp of black pepper 1 tsp of jeera half lemon juice marinate it properly add some red orange food color marinate it for 10 minutes add 1 tbsp of oil on hot pan put the marinated chicken in the pan after heating the oil spread the chicken in the pan n cook add the chopped vegetables in the frying pan yellow, red and green bell pepper and capsicum Our shwarma filling is ready now we will make pita bread make 2 parts of flour roll these flour mark it with fork after rolling heat the non stick pan cook the pita bread on the pan cook it for atleast 5 minutes You can also use this bread for pizza flip the base n cook from other side our pita bread is ready put tomato sauce on pita bread apply mayyonase on tomato ketchup put the cooked chicken on the bread add mayyonase on it now roll the pita bread do the same for the next shwara you can also apply pizza sauce Chicken Shwarma is ready Thank You Please Like Share And Subscribe
