Welcome to Fitbrits.com. Here’s an easy to make Chicken and Prawn curry, serving 4-5 people and it takes about 15 minutes to cook. You’ll also need the following
ingredients that are available as a download off the website. Let’s get started. Prepare the Onion by cutting each end off, cutting in half, peeling, then roughly chopping and then set aside. Now, prepare the Garlic by cutting each end off, crushing, peeling and then finely chopping,
or use a Garlic press. Then set it aside with the Onions. Now, add some Oil in a pan then add the
Onion and Garlic and fry over a medium heat for about five
minutes. Now chop the Chicken into one inch square pieces and add it to the pan with the Onion and Garlic. Now fry the Chicken, making sure there’s
no pink in the middle and it’s cooked through. Once the Chicken’s cooked, add the Coriander, Turmeric, Ginger, Chili powder, Cumin, Vinegar, crumbled Stock Cube and crumbled Cream
Coconut to the pan. Add some water to the pan so everything is just about covered then stir thoroughly until everything is combined. Now bring the pan to the boil and allow to simmer for about 30 minutes
or until the sauce is thickened. And during this time, make sure you prepare the Rice whilst the Curry is simmering. Once the Curry sauce is thickened, add the precooked King Prawns, stir thoroughly and allow to simmer for a further 5 minutes. After five minutes the Curry is
ready to serve, creating the easiest curry you’ve ever cooked!
